    Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting is just a few days away so this is a reminder that all plot holders, family members and interested parties are invited to attend.     It’s great to see lots of activity at Elms Farm as the weather improves and we prepare for the growing season. You may have noticed that there is a permanent bay for wood chippings and an area where we hope to have regular supplies of manure. These will continue throughout the season. If you missed the recent skip, then look out for another which we hope to have dropped very soon. The first filled very quickly so there is clearly demand. Please advise the EFAA if you wish to stand for election to the committee.

If you have friends or helpers working with you on your plot, we would urge you to share this with them. SAFETYThere was an incident on the site this week in which a shed caught fire, destroying most of the contents and other structures in the close vicinity. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and the site has been deemed safe by the Fire Service.   • Spring Inspection Notice 2024
    Elms Farm Allotment Association Plot Inspection Notice. When?The committee will inspect plots between the 1st of April and the 14th of April 2024. Can I be present during the inspection?Tenants will not be present during inspections so they can be completed swiftly and impartially. If you have anything you need the committee to know about your plot before we inspect it, please email elmsfarmallotmentassociation@gmail.com by noon on 31st March 2024.
